MEET JULIA
Julia is a student at UCSD and has been unable to utilize her power wheelchair due to not having the proper vehicle to transport it. In 2018 Julia was undergoing a Scoliosis hardware surgery and spinal manipulation which resulted in a pinching of the Spinal Cord that was tethered against the Dural Sac. Her procedure resulted in her injury at the T8 / T10 level. Julia is determined to continue making advancements and improving her life! Now she has the ability to transfer her power wheelchair to and from school with her new specialized trailer.
